We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Coordinator.
As the Clubhouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse facility, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
Reception Duties:
Cash handling
Manage clubhouse membership and booking system
Oversee locker administration
Handle stationery orders
Co-ordination:
Organize courses and meetings
Manage hall/court bookings
Oversee poolside activities and functions
Proshop Sales & Inventory:
Manage sales and inventory in the proshop
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and manage bookings efficiently
Customer service-oriented
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Comfortable with rotating shifts on weekdays / weekends
