Gross Salary $3300 - $4500 (22-Shifts and above are considered our top performers!)
Job Description:
Use lashing equipment to secure containers on vessel
Perform vessel berthing / unberthing operations at the wharf side
Assist the team in water bunk operations
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and complying with safety rules and regulations
Requirements:
Willing to work on 12 hour shifts
PSLE (Pass in English Language)
Able to work at height
Joining Bonus
Need training receives a Joining Bonus of $6000 over a span of 3 years ($1000 for every 6 months till 3 years)
No training required receives a Joining Bonus of $7500 over a span of 3 years ($1250 every 6 months till 3 years)
Performance Bonus
Up to $1,800 per year depending on performance
