  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via Emails in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner within service level
Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
Handle calls when necessary
