Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant at Singapore.

The Logistics Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and keep track of the equipment
  • Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that testing materials are delivered on time and accurately
  • Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials
  • Accurate documentations of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required
  • Run periodic cycle count and stock take
  • Purchasing and liaison with suppliers
  • Plan & manage fulfilling contract from Order Entry
  • Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
  • Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
  • Experience in analyzing and tracking expenses.
  • Knowledge in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
  • Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulation
