Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Admin to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources activities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
