Job Responsibilities:
Manage all communications matters
Manage the editorial, production and dissemination, a newsletter published three times a year in April, August, December.
Manage filming and photography requests
Coordinate input from that inform tasks, when required
Track and compile the communications budget for activities
Assist with press publicity initiatives to raise the profile of as a global thought leader in nursing education and research
Assist with general digital and social media content development and production
Monitor media coverage
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills required:
Diploma or degree in fields related to media or corporate communications
Writing abilities for corporate communications functions
Interpersonal, communication, and project management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Basic knowledge and experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
Basic knowledge in using Wordpress and photography/videography skills will be advantageous.
Prior experience in journalism, corporate communications and/or marketing and the healthcare sector is a plus.
Additional Information:
Commencement Date: Immediate
Contract duration: 7-month contract
Working days and hours: Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
