  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent

Location: Central (Orchard)

Overview: We’re seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional service at a prestigious hotel. If you excel at guest interactions and thrive in a vibrant environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests.
Deliver exceptional front desk services to ensure guest satisfaction.
Serving as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information on hotel facilities and room amenities.
Prefer with applicants with luxury hotel background (5 stars)

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
atleast "O" Level applicants
Singaporeans and PRs ONLY

Working Conditions:

5 days a week, with shifts across Monday to Sunday.
9.5-hour shifts, including mealtime.
Shifts include morning, afternoon, and night.
