Location: West
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
Duration: 12 months (convertible to perm with good performance)
Salary: Up to $3000 per month
Job Description:
Process sales orders in the ERP based on the sales order received.
Ensure that the customers’ orders are processed in time.
Work closely with sales team to support the sales process from receiving order to delivery of goods to customers.
Receive customers’ request, enquiries from phone calls, emails, face to face.
Work with the operation team to provide information to address customers’ requests and enquiries.
Gather and record customer feedbacks in CRM and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare delivery order, tax invoice and loaner form. o Liaising with courier service and in-house courier to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Sending delivery order and invoices to customers for collection.
Support the process of product insurance in Singapore.
Liaise with end users and Insurance company to process the insurance purchase/claims via the insurance portal.
Performs various administrative activities relating to processing orders, invoicing and data maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation of the order processed for audit purposes.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent with min 2 years of experience
• Experience with SAP B1 and Microsoft Office
• Singaporeans only
