  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Patient Finance Services Temp
Location: Outram Park
Duration: Till Mar 2025
Pay Rate: $11-14 (Based on higher qualification)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Note: May be activated for half-day on Saturdays if needed (OT applicable after 42 hours/week)

Job Scope:

️ Call patients to remind them to pay outstanding bills to avoid disruptions to their doctor’s appointments and medication delivery.
Document conversations for follow-up by the Credit Management team.
Act as a Billing Ambassador at various locations to guide patients on using payment kiosks.
Handle billing enquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE A Levels/Diploma holders preferred.
Must be comfortable interacting with patients and making outbound calls.
