Requirement:
Minimally L1 experience in Network support
Able to perform Network monitoring and administration
Identify root cause when issue arise and perform troubleshooting
Hands on experience in Cisco routers or Cisco switches
Good to have Firewall experience (optional)
Good attitude, willing to learn and progress to L2 engineer
Experience in Cisco Command, SSH, back up of cisco devices IS PREFERRED
