Job Description

Ensure accurate documentation and customer acknowledgments.
Record and process financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
Perform detailed reconciliations of bank and supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer requests.
Support various clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing phone calls.
Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least possess or be pursuing a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
