Carry out rectification and troubleshooting of plant and auxiliary equipment as assigned.
Carry out routine checks and testing of plant equipment based on job requests in accordance with good maintenance practice.
Do hands on planned maintenance such as but not limited to greasing and cleaning of equipment and machinery.
Record details of maintenance and repairs works carried out.
Maintain proper housekeeping as well as tidiness of the workplace.
Manage documentation such as work procedures accordingly to plant standard SOPs and quality standard.
To adhere strictly to all EHS rules and regulations imposed by the plant.
Electrical & Instrument
Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
Carry out maintenance, trouble shooting and repair for unplanned equipment breakdown.
Monitor equipment performance and fine tune equipment to the best operating conditions.
Carry out all associated maintenance work (e.g., configuration, dismantling and re-instatement, servicing, calibration etc.) during plant turnaround. Execute plant modifications and supervise contractor during the execution phase.
Requirements:
At least 2 years hands-on experience
Candidate with at least Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical
Able to work in a team/ independently
