As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a Digital Content Manager and Webmaster to ensure seamless, cohesive, and dynamic digital interactions across our website, mobile app, and in-venue digital signage.

Job Overview:

As the Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Digital Content & Webmaster, you will be the cornerstone of all digital content within our precinct, ensuring that the right message is delivered across every platform—website, mobile app, and in-venue digital signage. Your role will combine technical proficiency with creative content management to ensure that our digital presence is consistent, engaging, and reflects the brand’s image across every touchpoint. You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that digital content is not only visually compelling but also aligned with user experience best practices.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile digital professional—a "digital Swiss Army knife"—who can create or adapt content when necessary, while also managing the technical aspects of website and digital signage maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer experience, and external development partners to ensure our digital platforms are up-to-date, functional, and optimized for performance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Management Across Digital Platforms:

- Manage and maintain the company's website, mobile app, and digital signages, ensuring they are always up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

- Ensure content consistency across all digital platforms, making sure that messages, branding, and information are synchronized across the website, mobile app, and in-venue displays.

- Update and manage digital content (text, images, video, and interactive elements) for all platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment.

- Create or adapt content as needed to maintain quality and engagement, working closely with the marketing and creative teams.

2. Technical Maintenance and Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and optimize the performance of all digital platforms, including website speed, mobile responsiveness, uptime, and security.

- Ensure that all digital touchpoints are optimized for multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, particularly mobile and in-venue screens.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including broken links, formatting errors, and performance lags.

- Implement SEO strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility, traffic, and app downloads.

3. Digital Signage Management:

- Oversee the content scheduling, delivery, and performance of digital signage systems across the Kallang Alive precinct, ensuring that in-venue digital touchpoints reflect ongoing events, promotions, and activities in real-time.

- Ensure digital signages are updated with the latest event schedules, advertisements, and other relevant content.

- Work closely with venue and operations teams to ensure that digital signage content is cohesive with the overall visitor experience.

4. Development and Coding Expertise:

- Be proficient in basic coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, using these skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the company’s website and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with external agencies or internal developers to create and test new digital features or tools. Create and follow through with maintenance tickets, testing fixes, and validating deployments before they go live.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Implement and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and user engagement across all digital platforms.

- Provide regular reports on digital platform performance, user behavior, and content effectiveness, offering insights to optimize digital strategies.

- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of user experience across website, mobile app, and digital signage platforms.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and CX teams, to ensure that digital content supports broader brand initiatives and campaigns.

- Liaise with external development agencies and content providers to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of projects.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for any website, app, or signage-related issues or updates, providing clear communication on timelines, deliverables, and challenges.

7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in web technologies, content management systems, mobile applications, and digital signage.

- Regularly audit all digital platforms to ensure they remain compliant with industry standards, including accessibility and security protocols.

- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance user engagement, optimize SEO, and drive digital innovation.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Webmaster, Digital Content Manager, or similar role, overseeing website management, mobile apps, and/or digital signage systems.

- Proven experience managing and maintaining content on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with other programming languages or frameworks is a plus.

- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.

- Experience managing SEO strategies, content optimization, and digital marketing integrations.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with experience ensuring mobile and responsive design.

- Knowledge of digital signage technologies and experience managing digital content for public-facing screens.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, demonstrating a commitment to staying ahead of digital trends.
