Job Description:

  • Take charge of daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
  • Preparing sourdoughs, shaping and baking of products
  • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
  • Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients
  • Ordering of new supplies and ingredients
  • Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
  • Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role.
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
  • Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
  • Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
  • Experience in pastry is advantageous (but not essential)

Work Arrangement:

  • Working hours: 7am - 3pm,1 hour break
  • Working days: 5.5 days per week
  • Required to work on Public holidays
