  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a Software Solutioning Company delivering FinTech Applications.
  • Gain exposure to the latest Web3.0 technologies
  • Salary package up to $4,000 + AWS + VB (~2 months bonus)
  • Central work location - Hybrid working arrangement

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to users including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with users, reported issues, and completed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Level 2/3 technical staff and project managers to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
  • Develop training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and users interact properly with the system.
  • Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience with some programming languages (HTML, JAVA) will be an added advantage.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • 12-hour shift arrangements are in 3-2-2-3 (Work - Rest - Work - Rest days) rotating manner.
