What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Front-of-House Operations Executive with excellent communications and coordination skills to join our team. Your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of our front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and guests. You’ll need to be organized, meticulous, self-motivated, and resourceful. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Leading and managing the team of receptionists and operators;
- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and personnel;
- Handling inquiries from our clients, visitors, vendors and resolving issues effectively;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to enhance the firm’s reputation and businesses opportunities;
- Coordinating and execution of multiple events as required across the different practice groups simultaneously with an understanding to prevailing health and safety regulation.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Depending on experience and suitability, candidates will either be considered for the Executive or Senior Executive role.
