PURPOSE
FWD Group Digital Commerce team is responsible for Digital Sales (DS) and Digitally Assisted Sales (DAS). This role would focus on DAS and is responsible for bridging digital & business, defining operating model and performance standards for digital commercialization across FWD markets.
The role holder will support Group Digital Commerce in bringing together a holistic distribution digital enablement strategy for FWD by aligning the multifaceted components of digital, data & DC proposition across FWD markets.
The role will create a cohesive & scalable approach across FWD markets embodying both commercial viability & relevant positioning for our tied channel distribution’s change management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify key problem statements on distribution - across each channel, in each market
Identify key areas of collaboration and track projects to clear and value additive outcomes
Build-up distributor centric digital solutions that is channel & proposition agnostic, working with market BUs, by integrating platform with channel journeys to facilitate the increase in digital adoption, DAS contribution & non-digital distribution channel productivity
Lead implementation of digitalization roadmap end to end, by channel and by market, including business case development; senior stakeholder buy-in; scalability; commercialization; performance tracking
Collaboration with Group Distribution, Group Digital, and local market teams, to implement the most optimal solution to solve the key problem statements, with a results-oriented focus
Change management for offline distribution channels, to accelerate adoption and utilization of digital solutions, to enhance DAS productivity and sales production
Integrate insights on latest industry trends, threats, generative AI, emerging technology, market opportunities, stakeholders focus etc. on setting priorities and the way forward
Influence and demonstrate to senior management the needs of future investment and changes

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
In-depth knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry in Asia
