This position will be responsible for providing account leadership and management of key Regional Clients across APMEA.

The Regional Account Manager will be required to develop an aggressive sales strategy, action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for existing business, as well as new business. In addition, the position will be responsible for ensuring that existing agreements and contracts are renewed at the end of the contractual term.

In terms of existing accounts, this is to be achieved through the upselling and cross-selling of Aspire’s services to both business units that are already being serviced, but also to business units that are not under the purview of existing service agreements.

Account Management & General Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceeded Sales and Account KPI for all Regional Accounts in APAC
  • Ensure there is regular interaction with key stakeholders. The Accounts Manager will be the face of the organization for Regional Accounts.
  • Ensure countries with existing account coverage are actively participating in local account management and key account reviews on a regular basis
  • 100% compliance with Quarterly Business Review with key regional clients.
  • Drive Client engagement and customer utilization with new services and programs with Regional Stakeholders.
  • Bi-weekly calls with countries to drive utilization and engagement locally.
  • Owns the contract and the contract renewals process and shall be fully responsible in striving to attain 100% renewal strategy.
  • Meet account receivables targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly.

Required Competencies

  • At least 10 years of consultative and strategic sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
  • Possess at least one area of interest outside work (such as interest in lifestyle, car, wine and dine and long distance running etc)
  • Significant experience required within the Banking and Finance, Travel, Hospitality, Lifestyle and/or selling to the marketing and business heads in Banking and Finance sector.
  • Strong consultative selling business knowledge preferably has experience selling to the marketing heads and business heads in Banking and Finance sector.
  • Experience and established contacts with key providers relevant for our business e.g. ticketing, travel, wine & dine, etc will be an advantage
  • Results driven with a strong passion, drive and motivation.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Possess networking skills and has the ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, and matrix organization.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate.
  • Ability to think “out of the box”
  • Excellent communications; able to deliver client presentations with ease and flair.
  • Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities and personalities.
  • International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong preference to work in an innovative environment and to be part of a pioneer team.
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
