School Admin Executive

Job Description

• Location: Boonlay / Pioneer
• Working Hours: 8:30am-5:45pm [Mon-Thu]; 8:30am-5:15pm [Fri]
• Contrac t Period: 6 months contract - Subject to conversion to permanent
• Salary: Up to $3500 per month
  
  

Job Scopes

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports include filling and documenting the project-related documents.
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Handle and manage reimbursement claims, travel requests, and ensure timely processing of documents.
• Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and conference facilities.
• Provide support in preparing documents such as letters, emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate visits from internal and external visitors.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Singaporean OnlyMinimum Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline.
• With relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
