General Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T hardware and software products (Desktop PC, Laptop, Printers etc) Update Incident tickets upon completion of cases Ability to perform remote trouble-shooting using client remote tool Perform Service Request upon receiving IMAC tickets (E.g. Installing of software for client PC, setting up new IT equipment etc) Escalation of technical question to Level 3 Support. Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software desktop issues Perform once a week Network/Critical Incident standby duty (Standby Allowance and Overtime are separately catered from basic Salary if eligible to claim)
Shift work 7:00am to 5pm / 2:00pm to 11:00pm (work for 4 days consecutives and rest for the next 2 days. Then continue to work for another 4 days) day and night shift rotating basis. or 8.00am to5:30pm / 5 days’ week
willing to work on weekends and public holidays
