We are looking for passionate Test Engineers with a keen eye for quality and performance to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that applications are thoroughly tested, meeting both functional and technical requirements. As a successful Test Engineer, you should possess strong knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation tools, with a proven ability to implement system integration tests effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create testing scenarios that demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements as outlined in business or technical specifications.

  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by developing and implementing detailed test plans.

  • Write and maintain test scripts for the automation tools utilized by the project team.

  • Work closely with team members to analyze requirements, ensuring that all scenarios are adequately covered by the tests.

  • Review and analyze test results to identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to the team for resolution.

  • Generate detailed reports from automated test executions, providing insights into test outcomes.

  • Identify and validate appropriate performance testing models.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in testing methods and standards, and recommend necessary changes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • At least 1 year of experience in software development and/or automation testing.

  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) testing.

  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Cucumber and Karate.

  • Proficiency with web service testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.

  • Experience with performance testing tools like Micro Focus LoadRunner and JMeter.

  • Ability to conduct user acceptance testing with end-users.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira Zephyr and Micro Focus ALM.

  • A solid understanding of software development processes.

  • Proficiency in various testing and development methodologies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

  • Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
