Job Summary

We are assisting an international nonprofit organization in hiring an experienced Marketing Specialist to execute their regional marketing strategy in the APAC region. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with central teams, and ensuring the brand is effectively represented in various marketing initiatives. Your goal will be to drive growth and improve brand impact while working closely with regional and country business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Lead the implementation of marketing strategies to increase revenue and conversions, collaborating with Brand Marketing.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Identify growth opportunities and customer trends to enhance campaign performance.
  • Sales Support Activities: Establish activities to support sales teams and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage Agency Relationships: Manage relationships with agencies for localized campaign design and execution.
  • Act as Regional Marketing Contact: Serve as the main contact for regional marketing and support the customization of marketing assets.
  • Track KPIs and Performance: Develop KPIs and track marketing performance, making recommendations for adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Implement Processes: Create operational processes to shift from growth-focused to outcome-oriented strategies.
  • Enhance Event Marketing: Work with the events team to enhance event marketing and ensure brand representation at key events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of marketing experience, with regional or global exposure.
  • Regional Experience: Proven experience executing marketing campaigns in key APAC countries like Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia, as well as South Asia.
  • Skills: Strong skills in vendor management and strategic direction.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of performance marketing, media planning, and campaign optimization.
  • Data Analysis Skill: Proficiency in data analysis related to marketing performance.
  • Languages: Fluency in Japanese or Korean is preferred due to the need for collaboration/communication with teams in these countries.
