Job Description
- Oversee the recruitment process for both permanent and contract positions.
- Post job openings and actively source candidates.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding.
- Implement and manage talent attraction strategies.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Administer and support learning and development programs within the company.
- Contribute to the review of staff welfare and benefits.
- Support employee engagement activities, including surveys and one-on-one sessions.
- Provide support in employee relations matters.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with HR management reporting.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
- Has 3 years of relevant HR experience in HR generalist, preferably with relevant experience in architecture, design, creative, consultancy, technology industry
- Possesses strong business accumens, organisation and attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional attitude.
- A strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Possess a good understanding of employment law
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
