  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently working with a Global Leading Real Estate Investment Manager. They are looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst to be apart of their team in Singapore.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute asset strategies, including cashflow modeling and business planning.
  • Partner with portfolio managers on acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Oversee property management standards and operational risk mitigation.
  • Support portfolio reporting, investor relations, financing, and compliance.
  • Lead asset enhancement projects, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
  • Coordinate valuations, insurance, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate on regional projects and support various business initiatives.
  • Review and track property performance and appraisals.
  • Oversee budgeting and strategic planning for properties.
  • Assist in negotiating property management and leasing contracts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in asset management within the region.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Team-oriented with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
