Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to manage the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of our high-end equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling service calls, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment to customers, and maintaining an organized record of all service activities. You will work closely with other Field Service Engineers in the After Sales team and the Head of After Sales to coordinate daily service schedules and assist with logistics, stock management, and showroom upkeep. This role requires proactive customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and delivery of premium equipment to clients, ensuring the highest level of service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls, tool inventories, and repair activities.
  • Coordinate with the After Sales Executive for the seamless issuance of invoices related to service calls, repair work, and replacement parts.
  • Support the Head of After Sales and After Sales Executive in the efficient scheduling of daily service operations, ensuring that all assignments are completed promptly and professionally.
  • Provide prompt, proactive, and exceptional customer service, addressing service installations, complaints, and maintenance needs with a premium-level approach.
  • Facilitate and respond to all internal meeting requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Logistics Executive with inventory management, including stock checks and maintaining spare parts.
  • Support logistics operations, including delivery of new equipment, receipt of goods, and local transportation arrangements, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Ensure the showroom is consistently well-maintained, with all equipment in optimal working condition, representing the brand’s high standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Class 2B motorcycle license and have access to a motorbike for conducting service activities.
  • Preferably holds a Class 4 driving license for the delivery of equipment via lorry when needed.

· When required, must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 20-30 kg as part of regular delivery, maintenance and installation tasks.

Additional Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics) or a related field.
  • Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with prior experience in repairing and maintaining fitness equipment being highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably a non-executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or a similar role.
