- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration and long-term merchant success.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, providing ongoing support and addressing their evolving needs.

Influencer Acquisition:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with influencers to promote our products and services.

- Negotiate agreements that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and successful campaign execution.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including merchants, influencers, designers, and videographers, to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for campaign execution and optimization.

Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to key stakeholders.

- Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Singaporean applicants only.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on driving growth.

- Experience in merchant and influencer acquisition is highly desirable.

- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and advertising techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of livestreaming and additional languages is a plus.
