Position: Customer Service and Admin Executive
Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,600
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for installations at customers' homes.
  • Achieve targets set for arranging appointments.
  • Plan, set, and arrange routes by region/area for weekly installation and servicing schedules.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring closure of all cases.
  • Send out reminders and confirmations to customers regarding installation and servicing.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Provide basic solutions to customers over phone calls to rectify issues. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the case, ensuring closure.
  • Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on our purchase and social platforms.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • "O" Level and above or equivalent
