职位职责：

• 准确及时地将仓库操作数据录入仓库管理系统/库存系统。
• 每日处理销售订单。接收、搬运、检查和存储进货及现有库存货物。支持仓库和库存管理活动。
• 进行库存的条形码管理、标签和标记。
• 将配送订单派发给操作团队。执行每日的拣货、包装和运输安排。
• 进行库存盘点和对账。
• 监控库存情况。
• 妥善归档仓库文档，并处理设备维修记录等。
• 确保仓库区域和储存区的整洁干净，所有通道无障碍。
• 执行运营和仓库部门要求的其他相关职责。

任职要求：

• 必须持有叉车驾驶证。

Job Description

Responsible for the daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. He/she is expected to:

• To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, perform physical receiving and unloading
• Check if goods received tally with the invoices received
• To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement
• To conduct stock-takes regularly to ensure stock accuracy
• Carry carton boxes of 25 kg and below
• Using forklifts, reach trucks to perform physical movement of pallets of goods
• Any other jobs as assigned by Reporting Officer

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Can-do attitude and self-motivated individual who is passionate about QC
• Good communication skills
• Prior hands-on experience in warehousing
• Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck
• Has a valid forklift license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Work location: Tuas South
• Working hours: 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday
