Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the sales and marketing initiatives for workplace safety and health training courses, consultancy and outsourcing services, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base.
- Recommending innovative business strategies to management, developing comprehensive sales plans, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote training solutions.
- Accountable for building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored training services to meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings and improve sales performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives and growth strategies.
- Proactively engage with potential leads through multiple channels, including email, phone calls, text messaging, and social media platforms, to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success and a proven track record in driving sales growth and executing effective marketing strategies in a sales and marketing executive role.
- Experience in the Training and Adult Education industry, particularly within the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) domain, is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in modern marketing strategies, including expertise in digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of commercial trends and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Possesses a positive personality, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and is hands-on. Capable of multitasking and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coordinating with key regulatory and accreditation bodies such as WSHC, MOM, LSP, WSQ, SSG, and other relevant authorities is an advantage.
