  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Overall in charge of the dormitory and property real estate's Operations to ensure the smooth daily flow of processes.
  • Organised and disciplined so as to achieve quality performance through an effective and efficient SOP.
  • Manage the onboardings / exits of Tenants and Dormitory residents and attend to their feedback
  • Able To Work Independently
  • Duties and Responsibilities includes daily operations / inspection of defects and onboardings and exits of migrant workers and all related dormitory duties
  • Possess good writing skills and is an independent worker.
  • We are situated in the Pioneer / Kian Teck locality.
  • We offer 5.5 workday, good advancement and career opportunities.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
