Description

As part timer you are involved in the back end-end operations of our company and also act as an important supporting role to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Roles

Assist overseeing clerical tasks such as :

  • Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering new material as needed.
  • Welcoming customers and answer walk in enquiries.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Help to ensure office runs smoothly
  • Maintaining and update information.
  • Other office matters.
