Job Information: We are a specialist workshop seeking an experienced vehicle techncian with a passion for performance and racing vehicles as we pace and venture ourselves into these area of work. While we have a dedicated department specializing in motorsport and racing alignment, the majority of our work continues to focus on general vehicle maintenance and repair. Our commitment remains to serve the needs of all car owners, whether they are everyday drivers or track enthusiasts.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Min 5 years relavant experience
  • 6 days a week
  • Able to handle solely (Japanese & Conti vehicles of both diesel & petrol type)
  • Able to take ownership if diagnose wrongly or damaged parts
  • Under Chassis repairs,
  • Engine Overhaul & Top Overhaul
  • Diagnose & repair engine trouble shoot Injection type of engines.
  • Transmission & differential overhauling
  • Brake System repair, Power Steering Clutch
  • Engine tune up
  • Full Air Con repairs
  • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
  • Keep logs on work and issues
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, with a focus on high-performance and racing vehicles will be a plus
  • Technical diploma or certification in automotive mechanics
  • Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Proficient in the use of specialized tools and equipment for racing vehicle modifications
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

This role demands resilience and is not for the faint-hearted, a mechanic not an installer. If you understand the need for torque specs, power of tools and keeping installation in order, you're on the right page. Applicants without personal transport who travel between Johor and Singapore will not be considered. Only those with relevant experience will be taken into account; no experience or unrelated backgrounds will not be considered.
