Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the position is to manage department system & application and provide administrative support for Learning & Development department. In addition, the individual will design, develop and implement a variety of organizational effectiveness classes, instructor-led and online programs and learning development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the training need of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to develop/create individualized and group training programs/ curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
  • Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly.
  • Organize and conduct company induction program for new hires.
  • Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
  • Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
  • Keep track of mandatory training and refresher course.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to engage and inspire employees through effective training methods
  • Passion for Learning & Development and commitment to employee growth.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Adaptable and open to continuous learning.
