  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading regional Financial Services player with an extensive presence across the Asia-Pacific region. They are seeking a passionate Data Privacy Lead to ensure compliance with local privacy laws and group guidelines, fostering a culture of data privacy across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Privacy professional to collaborate closely with the Security team, driving data protection initiatives and ensuring robust privacy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that company policies meet both local and global privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, PDPO/PDPA, and align with group standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for data privacy matters, providing ongoing legal advice and support across global business operations.
  • Advise on compliance with all relevant privacy regulations, covering data protection, security, and breach reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, update, and implement comprehensive privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead efforts to respond to data privacy incidents, conduct internal assessments, identify risks, and apply remediation measures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate privacy-related legal and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor changes to global privacy regulations and ensure stakeholders are informed of any new legal implications.
  • Create and deliver privacy training programs for staff involved in data processing and handling.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience managing data privacy in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance or Payments
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy Laws, standards and Frameworks (such as PDPA OR GDPR)
  • Compliance, Legal or Audit backgrounds are welcome
  • Data Privacy certifications will be an added bonus

Pay range and compensation package:

$160,000 - $200,000 base + bonuses
