  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
  2. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify business problems and develop AI solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain large-scale datasets for training and testing ML models.
  4. Implement and optimize ML algorithms using languages like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  5. Ensure model reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  6. Lead a team of ML engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies.
  8. Communicate technical results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
  3. Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  4. Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C++).
  5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  6. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
