PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Provide customer service and billing support services to Sembcorp Utilities customers.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  • Respond to billing enquiries and resolve bill issues.
  • Responsible for day to day customer support activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties such as supporting billing system project activities and management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least a Diploma holder.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in the utilities industry, specializing in a billing role.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS

  • High proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort in working with numbers.
  • Has a sense of urgency and able to meet timelines.
  • Keen to learn and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
