This role will focus on providing exceptional sales and customer service support during office hours, ensuring that customers’ inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Job Overview:

The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing assistance with sales inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, troubleshooting, and handling any complaints or escalations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The work location is near Tiong Bahru MRT. This role will report to the Call Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance with sales inquiries, product information, and customer service support.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide recommendations to customers on products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer records, processing payments, and generating reports.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Experience in sales and upselling is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
