HR Specialist (12-Month Extendable Contract)

Location: Singapore

Lighthouse Executives is partnering with a global MNC to identify an HR Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract. We seek candidates with 4+> years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR operations, Vendor management and Internal events planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors for HR services, including recruitment agencies, benefits providers, and training partners.
• Plan and execute internal events such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and corporate functions to enhance company culture.
• Support the HR team in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
• Assist in the management of employee records, HR reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Contribute to employee development programs and assist in training coordination.
• Provide general HR support, handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+> years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a matrix work environment.
• Keen interest in events planning and management - Extensive experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
