  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

You will oversee the engineering operations within the waste management facility. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, manages maintenance activities, and leads the engineering team to optimize equipment performance and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Management: Develop and implement engineering procedures, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily engineering operations, including routine inspections, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring optimal use of resources for equipment upkeep and repairs.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the engineering staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in waste management or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resource management abilities.
