Our client is a global MNC, leading Semiconductor materials supplier. We’re looking for a self-starting professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales with extensive knowledge and network of substrate business in SEA markets.

This person plays critical role for driving sales and marketing activities and advising direction of the business communicating closely with key customers as well as multiple levels and cross the functions in the Company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all sales activities leading and meeting sales revenues.

He/she has to create new and maintain close relationship with key strategic partners and gather market intelligence and analyse current market and competitor’s situations. He/she also oversees all marketing and communications initiatives in line with the HQ’s mission and business principles.

Lead Sales &Marketing Organization in line with Company’s direction

Research market and develop strategies to maximise sales revenues with negotiation policies and limit

Evaluate product/competitor/market situations, create action plans and analysing trends and provide solutions

Analyse, set and achieve KPI & Sales target

Lead new business development and drive with the team

Report to Management (including C-level executives) and participate in strategic meeting and lead sales or related meetings

Manage team’s performance by employee engagement including counselling, staff planning, monitoring etc

Requirement:

- 10+ years of experience in sales including leading business development of sales & marketing in Semi-Conductor or Packaging Industries and/or in Passive Components area

- Specialized in Semiconductor Packaging Substrate industry

- knowledge on substrate product/process and overall business situation

- Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management or related fields

- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

- Strong set of ethics, principles of right conduct and moral values

- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
