Job Responsibilities
- Lead generation: source and create a pool of potential clients through networking, research, cold calling, etc.
- Identify potential new clients in various industries.
- Understand and identify quality referral leads.
- Manage client expectations and introduce our services and solutions to clients.
- Coordinate and liaise with our experienced team
- Negotiate the contract terms and preferential outsource service fee with clients.
- At least 1 year of proven track records in recruitment sales
- Prior experience with clientele-base will be an advantageous.
