- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline, training provided for entry level.
- Must willing to undergo CEI - Basic (Non MDW) - 1st timer sponsored by company.
- Positive and driven.
- Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and good presentation skills.

- Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
- Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.
The job Scope includes:
- Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
- Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Online)
- Sourcing qualities profiles from different platforms to fulfill clients' placements.
- Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
