  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The role requires the incumbent to design, deploy, and manage highly available and secure IT infrastructure solutions while ensuring system efficiency through regular maintenance.

The incumbent will also provide third-level support for escalated IT issues, lead IT projects, and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new hardware and software systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including patch management, updates, and system optimization.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ensure network security through protocols and audits, troubleshooting connectivity issues as necessary.
  • Provide third-level technical support for complex IT issues and mentor junior staff.
  • Lead IT projects from planning to completion, coordinating with external vendors and partners.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring effective data backup and recovery processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and management.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS, RHCE, or Azure are preferred.
