Job Overview

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies targeted at large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions that align with clients' needs. This role requires a proactive individual with a track record in B2B sales within the IT or technology services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s enterprise sales strategy by identifying and developing new business opportunities within large organizations.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key enterprise accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand clients’ IT infrastructure, managed services, and workforce needs to propose appropriate solutions, ensuring alignment with Xcellink's service offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through the identification, qualification, and closing of enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Lead sales pitches, deliver presentations, and negotiate contract terms with senior executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (project management, delivery, and support teams) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Xcellink’s services effectively within the market.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Focus on building long-term relationships that lead to customer loyalty, ongoing contracts, and the expansion of services provided to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in IT services, managed services, or workforce solutions.
  • A strong background in B2B solution sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of IT services, including infrastructure support, managed services, cloud solutions, and workforce management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
