- Guide and inspire the production team in machining and assembling precision parts to meet customer demands.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, training, and mentoring of team members, aligning their growth with business goals. Recognize and reward efforts.

- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
- Manage attendance, leave schedules, overtime, and conduct annual performance reviews. Ensure overtime is within statutory limits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years in production/operations within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication with support groups and departments.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Acts with integrity and upholds high ethical standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Good understanding of machining and metal fabrication processes. Experience in CNC machining and programming is a plus.
