Sodainmind is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead our marketing efforts and expand our business reach for our 3 B2B SAAS based solutions, Carbonate, Metro ERP and Flavor Training Management System. This role will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on growth and market penetration.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for product enhancements and partnerships.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention through digital marketing, content marketing, events, and more.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, providing necessary tools, training, and support to optimize sales performance.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the company’s market presence and expand its product offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Qualifications:
