Your Role

  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategies
  • Develop and drive telco and other partnerships to achieve core subscription and revenue KPIs
  • Build partnership strategies and execute them with the key partners to drive subscription and revenue for Viu
  • Work closely with partners to manage and execute the integration of Viu into partners’ products
  • Build and strengthen partners’ relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Drive operational excellence in managing regional partnerships
  • Drive solution development efforts that best address customer needs by coordinating and facilitating the participation of cross-functional teams leading to successful partnership outcomes
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all partnerships against KPIs and deliver reports to management
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met

To Succeed in Your Role

  • University graduate in any discipline with solid relevant experience with telco, digital or e-commerce background
  • Understand digital business with experience in managing P&L
  • Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and communicate well across all levels
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial with strong business acumen
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, good with numbers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great team player and able to work closely with marketing, sales, events, and product teams to achieve collective goals
  • Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence future business strategies
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge, market conditions and competitors' products and pricing
  • Drive solutions and development efforts that best address customer needs by coordinating and facilitating the participation of cross-functional teams leading to successful partnership outcomes
