  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday, 8am – 12pm/Shift Work: Day – 8am – 8pm, Night – 8pm – 8am
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + OT/Shift Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Study and review the equipment and design treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
  • Maintain the integrity and safety of the plant by ensuring all equipment is in working condition, with minimal downtime and regular servicing.
  • Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are conducted timely.
  • Collaborate closely with the Process Safety Management (PSM) team and laboratory department to monitor waste flow and develop effective waste treatment methods.
  • Support and promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities among operators.
  • Assist in the optimization of operations including treatment processes, manpower allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives for wastewater treatment plant operations.
  • Ensure the treated wastewater meets the compliance standards for sewer discharge limits.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and standard operating procedures within the plant.
