We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development professional to spearhead the promotion of our suite of funds and products across the Asia-Pacific region by providing solutions to Traditional Corporates with digital asset needs and Digital Asset-Native Corporates who both have unique requirements. This position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in FX, crypto, brokerage, investment banking, structured products or a similar environment, who understands how to create successful solutions for both Traditional and Digital Asset-Native Corporates and and is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ever-evolving digital asset sphere.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Business Development:

  • Develop and lead regional business development strategies to promote Fintonia Group’s innovative solutions to both Traditional Corporates entering the digital asset industry and Digital Asset-Native Corporates who both face unique challenges.
  • Foster and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including Digital Asset-Native corporates and wealth management channels to generate leads.
  • Develop education seminars and presentations to enhance visibility of Fintonia’s unique solutions.

2. Client-Centric Solutions:

  • Understand market dynamics, competitor strategies, and client needs in both traditional and digital asset sectors.
  • Collaborate with the product development team, offering insights to ensure our funds and solutions align with client requirements and market demands.

3. Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Spearhead initiatives together with your colleagues to refine materials and strategies.
  • Work across functions to develop and implement solutions for Digital Asset-Native Corporates and Traditional Corporates and and ensure a first class client experience.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company and regional regulatory standards throughout all business development activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and best practices, ensuring the company’s proactive alignment.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be a successful applicant, you are likely to meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in FX, crypto, brokerage, investment banking, structured products or a similar environment, with a track record of success.
  • Outstanding relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Willingness for travel across Asia and elsewhere as necessary.
  • Experience with crypto and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of the unique pain points facing both Traditional Corporates entering digital assets as well as Digital Asset-Native Corporates.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English are required. Mandarin language skills or other regional language skills will be well regarded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and very comfortable with different technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently but collaboratively as a team player.
