  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of AP, AR, GL, and project accounting
  • Maintaining timely and accurate financial records for statutory reporting
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and adherence to all relevant compliance regulations.
  • Continuously monitor and improve financial accounting procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets, creating monthly cash flow forecasts, and generating insightful management reports (both periodic and ad-hoc)
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and the corporate secretary, to ensure seamless completion of audits, tax filings, and corporate matters. Prepare audit-related schedules and documentation as needed.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive, independent, and results-oriented work ethic
